The Nina Gilbert Choral Series offers arrangements, editions, and discoveries of music for treble choirs.

Arrangements in the series emphasize faithfulness to, and celebration of, their tunes. Shaker Suite, for example, captures the simplicity of the original spirituals, deriving harmonies, textures, and counterpoints from traditional rhythms and melodies.

Editions transmit authentic examples of women's choral culture from remote times or places, using techniques that clearly portray original details and context.

Discoveries may come from research or coaching. Research uncovers rare or exotic works for treble voices. Coaching encourages and nurtures composers—and other editors and arrangers—to develop their use of the treble choir as an integral medium.
